Well-rounded Training in a Professional Environment

My well-rounded workouts typically consist of a circuit-style mix of weightlifting and resistance training combined with hard-hitting aerobic and anaerobic cardio. Emphasis is placed on building endurance and strength with no two workouts ever being the same. Training packages include one-on-one sessions with me, small group sessions, as well as open access to the studio and gym equipment during business hours – all for an affordable price!

Owner of OFC and small group trainer, Angie Beckius, has spent the last 2 decades training athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all ages. As a passionate certified trainer, Angie’s role is to motivate, enable and make training a fun and rewarding experience. Angie wants to share her enthusiasm, encourage a happier lifestyle and help you realize what your mind and body is capable of. 

Angie is nationally accredited in personal training,  coaching gymnastics and indoor cycle.
